Become an Associate

Why Become

An Associate

You’d be just right to conclude that your growth is the outcome of the growth of your connected network. It’s a collective developmental mechanism that sets itself on a spiral.

Taking a cue from that mechanism, I devised an Associate Development Program (ADP) that aims at your growth first and eventually culminates in my growth.

Hey, I’m not a philanthropist.

But let’s keep “me” aside and start talking about you and how ADP helps you.

How ADP Works

Associate Development Program is a simple two-way process designed to result in a win-win situation.

I stated already that everyone is a part of a connected network, which implies everyone has something to share: a contact, a buyer, a seller, or even a piece of knowledge. Irrespective of whatever it is, if you share it with me, I promise to brew a deal that profits both of us.

Let me explain this with a story.

Jim, my next-door neighbor, is a schoolmate to Sam. Sam has a sugar factory in Brazil. One day, at a house party Jim and I were discussing the current status of the import industry, and Jim brought up the topic of Sam and his sugar factory. It became clear that Sam was facing some challenges in managing his inventory. Although Sam doesn’t have a hurdle in producing sugar, he has hit a speed breaker in getting his sugar exported to other countries.

In my connection, some individuals are in the food and catering services. More interestingly, they need an import solution.

You got the drift. I connected Sam with the individuals of my network so that they sign a deal to procure some sugar every month.

As Jim brought the idea to me and helped me extend my connection, he would get a certain percentage of the sale value – every month. That’s the benefit Jim gets being in my AP.

If this interests you and you believe you have some information to share, read on to know the process.

The Process

Phase 1

Simply fill up the small form below, and share your contact information along with a brief note about a prospect.

Phase 2

I get on a call with you and, over a detailed questionnaire, gather information about the prospect and the source

Phase 3

You and I get on a conference call with your source, and I vet the information you shared.

Phase 4

If the vetting pass as a success, I get on to the documentation and complete the legal formalities.

Phase 5

At the go, you get a business incentive on deal closure.

Phase 6

If the deal is about a recurring transaction, then you get a business incentive at the end of every transaction.

How can You
Contribute to ADP

If you come across any information regarding a need for manpower or human resource, or if you come to know about a real estate that’s up for sale, or about a need for training you can contribute to the program by getting me introduced to the decision-makers.
