Your Benefits On Referring HR Requirements
Introduction
Helping is imbibed in us. From something as simple as helping someone cross the road to creating job opportunities for thousands, whatever comes our way, we don’t miss out on chances to help others. Under the pretext of self-growth and development, we join clubs, forums, associations, and networks where such scopes are prevalent.
While we hawk our skills and strengths in those meetings, we silently lookout for opportunities that enable us to help others and leave a personal mark.
Whether on online forums like LinkedIn or offline associations like BNI, you’ll find people mostly talking about how they empowered another individual or a company to resolve a challenge. In most of the forum meetings, you will hear members talking about how they got the benefit of the network or how they benefitted someone else within the network.
This intention to help comes with several benefits. Even though you’re already aware of them, here is a short overview of the factors that matter the most and, ultimately, help you take up a larger role in life.
Support Each Other
Your network comprises decision-makers and strategic leaders. They’re the movers and shakers of their respective organizations and the needle movers of the economy. Their projects contribute to the development of a state; hence it’ll be correct to assume that these are time-sensitive and resource-dependent projects. However, the lack of resources impedes the successful completion.
You have a front-row seat to see their stress and frustration. Even though you want to help them, you struggle to find a means. You force yourself to think outside the box but return with no fruitful result.
At the other end of the spectrum, you read about the need for jobs in a different country. The despair of the job seekers moves you as well. However, you find it challenging to connect the “needs for one” with the “requirements of the other.”
With your resources, you can put a stop to that.
Once you accept that the responsibility to build the “connection” does not rest on an individual’s shoulder, you will start to expand your network and look out for people who know how to mobilise people across geography.
Get to meet them and have one discussion elaborating on your concern. More often than not, you will find the resolution arising at the end of the first meeting itself.
In the end, you find yourself at peace, your network will get the people they need, and hundreds of people will get the opportunity they have been looking for. Isn’t that worth a good night’s sleep?
Extend Your Personal Network
The world is becoming smaller, and you are getting connected, linked, and bonded with a new person every moment. The phenomenon is making you more resourceful than you used to be a decade ago. Today you do not have to worry about travelling across the sea to expand your network. There are digital platforms, emails, messaging apps, and even low-cost alternatives for long-distance calls that help you in keeping in touch with people who matter.
As a result, you take braver steps in meeting with a person knowledgeable in a completely different segment, ask questions, tap into a pool of ideas that never existed in the past, improve your social presence, ideate better, and help better.
In a world as such, you become more community-centric, sensitive to the requirements of an individual from another geography, and ready to lend a helping hand and take part in solving problems that are larger than yourself.
The power of an extended network gives you more resources than you can imagine. You already know that you are not alone, and it doesn’t matter if you face a problem for which you do not have an answer. You know you can get back to your network of resourceful people and drop the ball only to see it spring back with a resolution. Hence, it is no wonder that you become more active, involved, and ready to take action on global issues.
Establish Your Personal Brand
As an entrepreneur, you fight tooth and nail to maintain your reputation or personal brand. You know that the building and maintenance process needs your repetitive and consistent actions; however, to ensure that the brand stays true to that perception, you also need to consider the people you partner with, the knowledge you get from them, and the value it adds as a part of a brand rub-off.
For someone as resourceful as you, there is tremendous pressure from your peers, followers, and acquaintances regarding the steps you take that have a deeper impact. In a world that is getting smaller by the day, it is difficult to wade off that pressure.
Hence, it makes sense to develop an association with an equally resourceful partner who can help you resolve problems, take the load of doing some greater good, and give you stories to share. While primarily, that helps build and talk about a like-minded association; secondarily, it eliminates the fear of putting yourself out there and getting judged. In parallel, such associations leads to valuable connections and opportunities you might have missed otherwise.
Your brand needs time to shape up. But you are tied with uncountable responsibilities. As a result, although you want to put some time into working up your brand, you do not get the time. At this point, you may want to think about how becoming an associate may help in managing your time, differentiate you from others, and bolster your image in a community.
Contribute to Building a Global Workforce
It’s 2023. The global population is 8 billion, and the number of employed individuals is give-or-take 41%. But, here comes the spanner. The 3.3 billion unemployed workforce is a projected number arrived at based on the data of only 66 out of the 193 countries. It suggests nearly 65% of the world was out of the study.
Although you may not question the authenticity of the data ILO published, the disparity may nudge a few questions.
Who knows what is happening in that 65% of the world? How are people leading their lives there? Are they majorly employed, or just the way around?
The truth is there are no definite answers to any of those questions. While working on the ground, we have figured a large population is unemployed and living below the government-approved poverty line. What makes the condition worse is they are capable but do not have the opportunity in their country.
However, the spectrum is not all grey and dull. On the other side, there are a lot of resourceful and empathetic individuals who are contributing to bringing about change.
The world is looking up to such individuals like you who are creating a global workforce. You are among those people who may not have a lot of personal assets to invest in but are well-connected and ready to use that connection to create opportunities.
Create Job Opportunities
At the time of drafting this post, at least 115 million* youth from Nepal, Bangladesh, and India are unemployed. Worse, that number is increasing at a CAGR of nearly 1.13%. And that is only 3 out of the 193 countries of the world. Can you imagine what that number will be when we account for the entire planet?
The story turns grimmer when we bring in the relatives and dependents of these unemployed talents into our consideration. The number will hurt your head.
These people are living with their wishes and dreams unfulfilled. They live every day with a hope of a better tomorrow.
At the same time, when you turn to the developed or developing countries of the world, you will find their projects getting stalled or delayed as they lack resources. Countries like Qatar, the KSA, the USA, and the UK are ready to work with global talents. Interestingly again, that is only 4 out of the 193 countries of the world.
The contrast between the two opposites sharply underscores the talent gap. What will be bothering you, however, is when you start asking how you can reduce the gap.
It is not an easy job. Even more, it is not a job for one person. It is a job for people who are aware, knowledgeable, and have the heart to create job opportunities. At the same time, this is an opportunity for you to join the league.

Look into Welfare
When you set out to do good, you set out to do them all. Hence, it’s not accidental that you do not stop by only creating a job opportunity. You take it up to the natural next level – employee welfare.
As an empathetic leader, you practice maintaining a work-life balance among your team members. In this case, as an associate, you get to vote for the same when a new opportunity arises, even if it’s for a thousand. Be it mandatory vacations or standard working hours – you have your say in all. But that’s not all. Offshore recruitment comes with additional factors you may want to pick up on.
Take accommodation, for instance. As an enabler of global recruitment opportunities, you get to look into the accommodation standards the clients provide. You may want to find out how secure the place is, whether the stay is clean and hygienic, and will the members be comfortable staying there.
Stay can only be as comfortable as the food one gets at the place. And when it comes to employee welfare, arranging a place to stay and providing nutritious food is not easy to balance. It takes deliberation, understanding of cultures, and appreciating preferences, without losing focus on a healthy diet that is reasonable to procure.
Along with me, you will also understand the nuances of accidental benefits. We will work together to finalize the insurance documentation. We will probe the conditions the insurances cover and find the best solution for our members, including disability and illness over and above all, life coverage.
Conclusion
We evolved as a community, got smarter as a community, and made this world a better place as a community. The sense of standing beside each other is ingrained within us. Hence, we cannot stop ourselves from helping. This deep empathetic characteristic is within everybody. The ones who ventured out, driven by that characteristics, has become a legend. They defined the future, either by bringing a societal change or by bringing out a seminal product.
Just like the legends, even you can bring about a change. It does not matter if you do not have a pathbreaking product to build or the resources to fund a start-up. As long as you are aware of an undertaking that needs people and the right person to connect with, take one small step forward to help hundreds or possibly thousands earn their living.
Just think about the change you would bring in the lives of those people and of those who are related or connected. Imagine the power you infuse into them to dream of a better tomorrow. That is no small feat. It can move mountains and make this small planet a little bit better to live on.
Won’t you like to be a part of that mission?
